Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operation of store by:
•Providing excellent customer service
•Training, coaching, and developing store staff
•Recruiting and hiring store staff
•Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback
•Preparing work schedules
•Monitoring ordering to insure in-stock efficiency and balanced inventory
•Maintaining a clean and safe environment
•Controlling expenses including labor, cash, inventory, waste, and supplies
•Providing quality products
•Insuring store is merchandise properly
•Ensuring appropriate state, local, government, or company guidelines and regulations are followed
•Submitting timely and accurate reports
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
•21 years of age or older
•Valid Driver’s License, liability insurance, and access to motorized vehicle
•Home telephone
•High School diploma, GED, or previous experience
•Availability to work any shift or day
•Minimum 52-hour workweek
•Strong communication skills both written and verbally
•Excellent customer service skills
•Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
