Seafood Team Member

Practice the 10 foot rule with a smile everyday. Say Yes! Maintain the highest standards in rotation, product quality and merchandising Embody and help to implement the cultural norms. Provide our customers with great customer service. Teach Customers to prepare Seafood. Assist in stocking product at all deliveries. Maintain sampling program. Perform as directed all opening, mid, and closing shift duties. Read, and stay informed on, all regional and team memos. Attend product trainings, and monthly meetings. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs, and maintain sweep logs. Assist with resets, or any other task necessary to fulfill the job requirements. Start ASAP!
REQUIREMENTS
Culinary and/or Seafood experience a plus. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A desire to learn and grow in the Produce team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. Understanding of the importance of working as a team. Good communication skills. Good organizational skills
