Retail Representative - Part Time

Summary: Completes in-store retail merchandising and reset assignments. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented by CROSSMARK. Services and sells products in assigned territory in a professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Maintains 100% authorized distribution in assigned territory and introduces new items.
2.Maintains store shelf standards and inventory. Including rotation of products.
3.Supplies point of sales materials and shelf management services.
4.Implements shelf schematics.
5.Completes all store calls as assigned by supervisor.
6.Achieves an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work.
7.Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
8.Communicates all pertinent information on product lines as it relates to maintenance or sales activities and promotions.
9.Prepares and submits to management all required paperwork on a timely basis.

REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; stoop; knell, crouch, and to climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Computer Skills: Ability to use personal computers may be required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license is required.

Work environment: Retail store environment with some travel.
