Retail Representative – Part Time

Job Summary: Perform resets and general merchandising in various retail stores in assigned area. Resets consist of reading planograms and pulling products off the shelf and reshelving in an organized fashion. General merchandising consists of fronting the store, checking inventory, meeting with store managers, checking expiration dates, and making sure the proper products are on the shelves.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance and distribution of all required products in assigned territory (when applicable). Work will include both individual and team assignments.
Cut-in new items.
Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products.
Supply and place point of sale materials (when applicable).
Implement shelf schematics/planograms.
Achieve an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work.
Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
Lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Basic Computer Skills

Work schedule will be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with approx. 30+ hrs/wk.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate will have:

Merchandising experience
Reset experience a plus
Be able to read and follow a planogram (schematic, diagram)
Be able to assemble fixtures and displays in-store
Work well in a team environment
Flexible schedule
Access to reliable transportation
Daily access to a MS 2000 compatible computer with internet and printing capability
