Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented by CROSSMARK. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Works with team members to maintain 100% authorized distribution in assigned territory and introduce new items. 2. Maintains store shelf standards and inventory. Including rotation of products. 3. Supplies point of sales materials and shelf management services. 4. Implements shelf schematics. 5. Achieves an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work. 6. Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; stoop; kneel, crouch, and to climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to lift 35 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Computer Skills: Ability to use personal computers is required.
