Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Manages the development of sales and profit objectives for all product categories where the brand competes. This includes developing new product concepts, concept testing, product revisions, consumer insight creation and interpretation, packaging, financial management, and cross-functional leadership. Assists the Director of Marketing in all areas of day to day operations and business building efforts, including pricing and business analysis. Manages a Product Analyst and oversees inventory management and supply/demand forecasting. Directs agency in the development of new product selling materials.
REQUIREMENTS
-BS Degree (Masters preferred)
-4 to 10 years related experience in Product Management
-Able to supervise a small staff
-Food or Consumer Products experience preferred
-Able to travel up to 25%
-Strong communications skills
-Able to live in NW Ohio
