Produce Department Floral Specialist

Set the standard for legendary service and quality product. Complete maintenance of Produce department. Order product from vendors. Stocking. Maintain full, and well merchandised department. Control spoilage and sampling. PLU file maintenance. Training of Team Members. Achieve required margin targets. Support goals and visions of Team Leader. Support all regional and national programs and policies. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Meet all accounting deadlines. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Work a flexible schedule of a minimum of one closing shift per week, as well as one weekend day per week.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for people and quality product. Written action plan for 30/60/90 days. Self motivated, with the desire to grow. Comprehensive knowledge of growing process and growing methods. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent merchandising skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational skills. High standards of excellence. Proven team player. Basic math and computer skills. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
