The ideal candidate will have 4 years of Pastry experience at either a similar sized resort or at a 5 star or 5 diamond property.

REQUIREMENTS
The Pastry Chef will oversee our four outlets including our banquet department and have previous leadership experiences. They will report directly to the Executive Chef.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for:

Supervise and coordinate the production of desserts, confections, ice creams and pastries for four F&B outlets and Sunday brunch.

Work with other departments within the resort to provide quality service to our customers

Participate as a team player with all departments within the resort

Ensure all food quality controls are met and ensure daily compliance with health department and Starwood food safety audits

Candidate must be proficient with computers and know basic computer programs such as outlook, word & excel.
