Front End Supervisor

Supervise all facets of Front End operations. Uphold high customer service standards. Ensure all store/regional policies are being followed. Lead by example. Participate in disciplinary actions. Maintain excellent cash handling standards. Track all monies going in and out of safe. Perform as directed all shift duties. Read, and stay informed on, all regional and team memos. Attend monthly meetings. Acknowledge and praise positive behaviors. Be proactive.
REQUIREMENTS
Six months cash handling experience. Quick learner. Ability to prioritize. Flexible schedule. Significant time on sales floor. Excellent analytical skills. Able to act independently and create own work environment. Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A desire to learn and grow in the Front End team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. Good communication skills. Good organizational skills. Detail oriented. Good math skills. Patience, and the ability to constructively deal with stress. Excellent attendance record. Strong work ethic. Motivation to excel.
