Due to expansion, our client is looking to fill up to 35 Assistant Store Manager positions, several of which are in Dixon and Sterling.The Assistant Store Manager will be on our client's management-development track, which may lead to opportunities at the Store Manager level and beyond. The position will report to the Store Manager; in the absence of the Store Manager, the store's Shift Manager and Cashiers will report to the Assistant Store Manager. You need to have availability to work 40 or more hours (paid overtime) weekly between the times of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, any day Monday through Sunday.Working within established company guidelines, you will ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the store environment. The position will also manage the training, development, and performance of store personnel. You will support the Store Manager in achieving controllable expense goals, especially pertaining to work scheduled, overtime, productivity, and inventory control.
