Demonstration Coordinator

Conduct an average of 20 food demonstrations (demos) per month Create excitement about products Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Attend periodic demo meetings and trainings at Cambridge Regional office Order supplies Assists with marketing projects and outside events; works as part of marketing team Assist with classes as needed Keeps demo area and supplies clean and orderly Works directly with store Marketing Team Leader and Regional Demo Supervisor Communicate demo information and schedule with team members Keep informed about food trends and hot items and communicate info to teams
REQUIREMENTS
An outgoing, friendly and high energy person with positive attitude A passion for food and the products we sell The ability to cook with/without a recipe High end and creative presentation and preparation of food Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to stand for four hours at a time and ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organizational skills Problem Solving Skills-solution oriented Must have initiative; able to bring good ideas to fruition Basic Computer Skills
