Deli Manager

•Providing excellent customer service
•Training, Coaching, and Developing deli staff
•Monitoring and ordering food service items
•Ensuring food service areas maintain required health and cleanliness standards
•Completing required paperwork (waste, build-to’s, inventory)
•Maintaining appropriate food costs
•Regular cleaning of all food service equipment (beverage machines, fryers, ovens, display units, etc.)
•Ensuring quality and freshness of products

REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age or older
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
