Customer Sales Distrubutor

GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for executing the sale and delivery of products at customer store level within assigned route accurately, timely, and safely in support of the sales promotional plan thereby achieving maximum retail sales and customer profitability for the company's products.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributes and delivers products to existing customers on assigned route.
Pre-sells existing accounts for next day delivery to retail stores using DOT regulated 26,000# vehicle or tractor trailer.
Maintains product display space.
Sets up new product and promotion displays in retail stores.
Supports and merchandise all company products within retail stores.
Establishes and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolves incorrect customer orders at point of customer contact.
Resolves customer complaints immediately on site.
Ensures all required reports, credit and debit invoices and documents are processed accurately and in accordance with policies.
Maintains DOT rules and regulations including reports.
Complies with all company safety policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Years of Related Experience: One or more years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic math and English language skills. In certain geographical locations, additional languages may be preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to operate and maintain company equipment including handhelds, computers. Develop, maintain and monitor relationships with store level accounts. Effective oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills to reflect level of responsibilities. Able to maintain sensitive and confidential information confidential.
