? Act as Team Leader in absence of Team Leader ? Train for the position of Grocery Team Leader ? Assist in hiring, training and mentoring team members ? Provide impeccable customer service ? Merchandising ? Involved in all aspects of financials ? Heavy stocking and cleaning ? Educate team members about natural foods ? Drive team productivity ? Support all regional and national programs and policies. ? Supervisory execution in all sub-departments of the evening crews
