Tech Writer/Editor

Immediate opening for a Help Desk Tech for a photo lab equipment supply company. The position will provide photo lab customers with a range of technical support services for silver recovery systems and support for one-hour and on-site photo labs.
REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is a plus. Must be able to follow and clearly communicate instructions to the customer using a schematic and written instructions.

Must have good communication and customer service skills. This position is temp-to-hire. Hours will vary. A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be performed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
