Major job functions include participation in design workshops, reviewing technical requirements, and programming in database and web technologies. The Programmer Analyst will report to the Project Technical Lead and will provide assistance to other project team members as directed by the Project Manager.The technology environment provides many opportunities to learn and work on web-based information systems development. An understanding of Oracle, SQL, Java, JSP and HTML is preferred.
The candidate must have effective small group communication and organizational skills, self motivated with an ability to manage your own time. In addition, this candidate may have a working knowledge of entity relationship diagrams, the software development lifecycle and an understanding of methodologies and how to effectively use them.This position is open to local candidates within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.Compensation includes competitive salary with medical and dental benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree required and at least 1 year IT development experience or 2 years technical degree and 3 years IT development experience.
Desired Qualifications
IT Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the information technology field. Must have held a prior Programmer Analyst role.Other Requirements
Position requires a normal workweek. Must be willing to learn new technologies in a short amount of time. Position may require an extended hourly schedule from time to time to meet client's deliverables deadlines. US Citizenship or Green-card holder.
