Titan Req. No.: 06E11901Review RFPs and develop proposals as necessary for new business initiatives, including: Cost Reimbursement, Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price/Level of Effort, and Time and Materials Proposals. Prepare, review and negotiate various Agreements (Contract, Subcontracts, Consulting, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming Agreements). Work closely with business unit senior management in analysis and strategy for proposal submission, contract execution and delivery, and provide assistance to other contract managers and administrators. Prepare formal and informal reports and presentations to business unit management explaining contracts initiatives and cost proposal strategies. Develop pricing models and price proposals as necessary for new business initiatives. Setup and maintain contractual and funding information in Contracts database and Accounting database for all assigned contracts and orders. Requires strong interpersonal skills; must be able to build strong customer relationships. Must possess excellent organizational skills to track contract information for monthly reporting to Senior Management. Strong writing and accounting skill.BS/BA in Accounting/ finance/ business or law. 6-8 years experience in federal contract administration and proposal preparation under federal procurement regulations including but not limited to the FAR and DFAR. Functional working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Costpoint experience desired. Travel required.
