Senior-level Government Contracts Attorney

We are looking for a senior-level government contracts attorney on a temporary basis. Only the right candidate will prove helpful; this candidate must have at least 6+ years of government contract experience but 8 or more is their target. Duties of the position include managing the Procurement, Contract, and Business Law Program. The program delivers specialized legal services and litigation support in procurement, prime contract administration, Government and commercial contracts, and various areas of business law, including fiscal law, property law, and technology transfer law. Their work is particularly complex and the workload heavy. The primary focus will be responding to questions of contract interpretations.

They would like this person to work in Aiken for 5-6 months. If their ideal candidate lives outside of Aiken, they will need to be willing to travel periodically. They will provide a per diem for housing and meals if a candidate is willing to relocate on an interim basis.
