Senior Analyst

Primary point of contact for financial issues as they pertain to the programs within Amphibious Warfare Branch. Responsibilities include coordinating, and tracking program financial data for a variety of Navy programs. Will be the liaison with other offices to include the Navy Comptrollers office (FMB) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) when issues arise. Successful candidate will prepare point papers and oral briefs to ensure that Navy leadership is kept abreast of pertinent budgetary issues and programmatic impact. Will also be involved in answering congressional requests for information. Bachelors degree preferred, however, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience with Navy budgeting process (PPBE). Experience with Navy programs and the Navy financial database PBIS a plus.
