Report Writer/Data Analyst

We are a fast paced healthcare organization seeking an experienced Report Writer/Data Analyst. The Report Writer will create, compile, and maintain reports for our Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver Project. This state-wide project is designed to enhance quality management systems for community based nonprofit agencies which serve persons with developmental or physical disabilities; HIV/Aids; Brain Injury or persons who are elderly.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree required with a major in healthcare or related field
2-3 years experience in reporting preparation, writing, technologies and methodologies
Experience in human services or healthcare environment highly desirable

The essential responsibilities are:
Collaborating with analytic, data management and/or management staff to format standard client reports, ad hoc reports, special studies or focus quality studies
Develops project proposals recommendations, implementation plans and annual reports
Serve as a liaison with all sub contractors and exercised sound and reliable judgment in resolving problems
