Spherion legal is looking for a Prosecution Specialist for a large law firm located in downtown Washington. Responsibilities include: prepaing new patent applications, inlcuidng national phase applications and associated documents for USPTO filings; reviewing and processing filing receipts, notices of recordation, office actions, notices of allowance, notices of publication, and certificates of correction. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; 1 to 2 years as prosecution specialist, perferably in a law firm environment; experience with preparing and filing with the USPTO; excellent organizational skills; ability to work with tight deadlines; ability to work overtime as needed.
