Program Manager V

Contract/Program Manager on a Large Multi-Service Support Contract under a Consolidated IT Services Contract at NASA Ames at Moffett Field, California. Program Manager has total P & L responsibility as well as full management responsibility and accountability for contract/task technical and cost compliance, staffing, deliverables, and financial reporting for the management and execution of these services which include the following: Integrated IT Infrastructure Support Services, Intelligent Systems Research Support, Computational Sciences Research and Support, Human Factors Studies and Support Services, and Outreach and Informational Systems Support Services. This is a 300 Million Dollar Performanced based contract requiring the supervision of over 300 full time staff through 5 direct reports and 15 subordinate area managers in multiple locations supporting over 3,500 customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires excellent communication skills - both oral and written; Requires working knowledge and proven experience with Government clients at all levels; Experience working as a PM or Contract Manager with Performance Based Contract. Minimum of 7 years experience managing a large multi-support services contract in IT and/or Research Environment. NASA contract experience a definite plus. Position also requires excellent contract and business skills in meeting performance objectives and metrics. Will require excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where changes in direction occur frequently. Minimum of 15 years General Government Contracting experience with at least 7 years in PM role on a large multi-service contract. Supervision of 100 plus staff. US Citizenship is required.Candidate will be acting Deputy Program Manager for a transition period not to exceed 90 days.
