Police Officer/Special Investigator*

The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control has three open positions for Police Officer/Special Investigator. One position will be for our Tucson office and two positions are for our Phoenix Office. These positions require that you be currently Certified as an Arizona Police Officer. You must possess a current Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZPOST) certification with a preference of 3 years of Arizona police experience. Qualified applicants will be subject to an oral board, in-depth background investigation, pre-employment medical examination/drug screen and polygraph examination as required by AZPOST. These positions may require holiday and weekend work with variable work hours and instate travel.
REQUIREMENTS
These positions require unrestricted AZPOST certification (Arizona Certified Police Officer) with a preference of 3 years of police experience. Qualified applicants will be subjected to an oral board, in-depth background investigation, pre-employment medical examination/drug screen and polygraph as required by AZPOST certification process.
