Police Officer/Public Safety - POLICE OFFICER - Resp for providing foot & vehicle patrols of entire university campus & surrounding areas; maintain campus properties; make reports of any irregularities, dangerous conditions, accidents, fires & other circumstances requiring police or other action; respond to & investigate calls for service & complaint; understand, apply & act in accordance w/provision of the NJ code of Criminal Justice & departmental policies & procedures. H.S. graduate or equiv. req'd. Police academy graduate desired with police officer background or some rank of law enforcement carrying a firearm. Must have valid driver's lic.
