Plaintiff PI/MMP Top Notch Legal Secretary or Paralegal

Well established Plaintiff Personal Injury Medical Malpractice Law Firm in Davie seeks Top Notch Legal Secretary or Paralegal preferably trained and experienced with Client Profiles Case Management System (though not an absolute pre-requisite). Litigation and pre-litigation experience needed. Seeking an energetic, well organized assistant with pleasant disposition, bilingual (Spanish) a plus, ability to multi-task a MUST. Responsibilities will include working closely with the lead managing attorney in the daily handling and managing of the firm's cases, to include litigation and pre-litigation case files. Salary commensurate with experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in and appreciation for Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice cases, good writing skills, ability to multi-task,strong work ethic and a passion for their work, computer proficiency,team player and consensus builder, good interpersonal skills. (Bilingual-Spanish a plus)(Experience with Quick-Books a plus, experience with Client Profiles very helpful)
