Provide contractor technical support services for development and management of Instructional Systems for AN/BQQ-10(V) submarine sonar systems and VA Class C3I Programs. Products and services include: Evaluate Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Computer Base Training (CBT) for Operation and Maintenance of submarine Sonar and C3I subsystems; provide Submarine Sonar and C3I training materials acquisition and training support to NAVSEA; track and review contractor developed training materials. Develop and update Navy Training System Plans (NTSP); perform hardware and manpower analyses to determine manpower, personnel and training requirements; prepare briefing materials and presentations to various members of the submarine training community; interface with Navy and contractor personnel to obtain development status of training materials; develop Statements of Work (SOW) and CDRLs. Develop and track Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M's) for various training projects; participate in related Integrated Product Team meetings; participate in integration efforts between ILS and Engineering, for IETMs, maintenance data, and training products; provide support and technical review of prime contractor product deliverables; act as comment coordinator in review and resolution of training product comments provided by reviewing activities; assist in tracking of assigned training products throughout the product review cycle; perform requirements research, analysis, report and document generation on issues affecting the Sonar training programs; draft point papers and presentations; perform other general administrative and program management tasks as directed; interface with customer and coordinate tasks with Prime Contractor, Field Activities, the Submarine Learning Center (SLC), and other contractors and Navy activities.Xurs09X

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: Education:Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field. Two years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college. Minimum of seven years job-related experience or equivalent. Seven year job-related experience or equivalent in U.S. military shipboard (submarine) electronics systems design and analysis, or operation and maintenance, and related task accomplishment is desired.
Work Experience: Experience working with MIL-PRF 29612 and related Data Description Items and NAVEDTRA 131 curriculum development manual. Experience with the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) software curriculum development. Experience with the Navy's Integrated Learning Environment (ILE), Navy Knowledge Online (NKO, Learning Content Management System (LCMS), and Five Vector Model (5VM). Interface with Navy and contractor personnel to obtain development status of training materials. Job-related experience or equivalent in Training System Analysis and Development/writing program level documents/curriculum development/submarine acquisition environment preferred. Submarine Sonar experience and military service is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills, program-level writing skills, detail oriented, customer oriented.
Special Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Access. Knowledgeable in Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) and the Navy's Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) for management and review of curriculum materials is a plus. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**This position is paying in the low to mid $60's***
