NPI Test Engineer

We're currently seeking an innovative NPI Test Engineer to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.The NPI Test Engineer performs various technical and logistical tasks related to ensuring smooth transition of engineering designs into cost-effective, high quality, shippable products. Through interaction with design engineering, the NPI Test Engineer is responsible for transferring product technical expertise into Operations, resolving test specifications and methodologies, developing detailed production test plans and procedures, and other engineering-level tasks to facilitate the product realization process. Should have broad knowledge of RF, digital, analog, and systems engineering.A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical or other technical field, at least 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of product design processes to champion DFT/DFM/DFx; Ascertain and reconcile product test requirements and methodologies; Develop detailed product test plans to identify coverage, methodologies, tools and equipment, test limitations, and other aspects of planning; Create working test procedures; Design and create custom test fixtures, test software, and other tools. Additionally, the qualified candidate should be able to conduct reviews for designs, plans, and procedures; provide technical expertise to Operations; reduce burdened labor content via automation; constantly improve yield and process efficiencies; constantly review and improve product realization processes; and specify test content throughout the supply chain.US Citizenship required.
