Logistics Analyst, Senior

Key Role: Serve as a comprehensive project manager, plan, organize, and drive project execution, and guide and direct junior team members. Provide thought leadership and creative insights to help identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to the clients' strategic success. Develop key hypotheses and insights, define and manage all data collection initiatives, analyze the resulting data, meet with clients to establish requirements, and ensure assignment progress. Interpret results from multiple project components, translate these findings into recommendations and solutions, and assure the integration of multiple pieces against project goals. Contribute to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of highly qualified staff. Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at a senior level and participate in client presentations and proposal writing.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-15 years of experience with logistic management


-2 years of experience in working with or for the US Transportation Command


-Active Secret clearance required


-MBA or MS degree in Transportation or Logistics








Additional Qualifications:


-Experience with serving in a senior position within a logistics organization


-Experience with serving on the Joint Staff or OSD


-Experience with business development in the commercial logistics sector


-Experience with managing various teams at all project phases


-Experience with project management, cost reduction, organizational restructuring and transformation, operations, sales, strategic planning, business development, or marketing, and finance


-MBA or MS degree in a related field


-Ability to be a self-starter and interact effectively with all levels of management


-Possession of excellent analytical skills


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
