Administers assessments utilizing specialized software to complete assessments of individuals newly entering the FPS Performs audits of provider records to determine that services were provided Submits results of assessments Prepares a report of audit findings Travel required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to resolve problems in a non-threatening manner Training in Person-Centered Planning a plus Proficient computer skills Three - five years experience with MR/DD population At least two years supervisory experience Experience with the Maryland DDA system preferred Direct experience conducting level of need assessments or performance audits for individuals with developmental disabilities
Education:
RN, Master’s Degree in related field preferred or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
