Medical Malpractice Account Executive/Sales Marketing

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree, minimum one year sales or insurance
experience and working knowledge of policy language with the ability
to interpret and explain malpractice insurance through oral
presentations required. Previous experience in the medical
malpractice insurance industry is preferred but not required. Must
have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have the
ability to multi task. Will seek out and obtain new business for
medical malpractice insurance policies, be responsible for all inside
and outside sales aspects including marketing and strategy tactics,
product demonstration, sales techniques and will service the accounts
of existing insureds. Develop and maintain positive and cooperative
working relationships with current and prospective policyholders,
determine tier classification and submit necessary documents to
underwriting department to obtain binder coverage. Will assist with
development of marketing strategies to compete with other companies
that sell malpractice insurance. Attend various seminars to solicit
new business, provide assistance to Account Executive Supervisor and
VP of Marketing and Business Development as needed.
