As a member of our exclusive team, you'll enjoy exceptional rewards and growth opportunities.We need a talented individual to fill the role of Government Insuring Specialist.The Insuring Specialist is responsible for the submission of required loan documentation to FHA and VA offices within 45 days of loan funding.Contacts borrowers, internal and external contacts to gather documents or information needed to clear conditions.Uses Empower, FHA Connection, WebLGY and any future H123 systems.Follows departmental procedures to clear conditions, utilizes department workflow to meet deadlines. Closely monitors target deadlines, prioritizes tasks and tracks task completion to ensure deadlines are met. Ensures timely payment of upfront MIP on all FHA loans and funding fees on VA loans. Requests and reviews payment histories when requiredEducation and/or Experience:
