Functional Analyst IIPRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The person in this position will provide direct support to the PMA-209 Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) Training Program Lead. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of the MFOQA training strategy, plan, and schedule; support the Training Program Lead on all matters related to training and training planning; define and validate the on-line and embedded software and system training tools working with MFOQA software developers; develop training material; develop briefings on training plans, strategy, and status for presentation to senior leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires three years direct experience developing training plans and training materials for NAVAIR. Requires strong presentation skills. Experience required with MS Office Suite including MS Powerpoint and Project. Experience with training systems for the F/A-18, H-60, T-45, or H-53 platforms desired. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent (8 additional years acquisition logisitcs/training experience).
