Director of OperationsSALARY: $80K + Excellent benefits!Seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented individual. Candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of over 40 government & commercial security contracts, to achieve long-term operating and profit goals. Responsible for developing, implementing and continually improving all company processes within operations. Directly manage operations/field staff. Develop and analyze Operational Policies and Procedures. Coordinate with Human Resources/Site Managers to ensure effectiveness of employee integration and administrative functions. Ensure that all processes meet the documented requirements and expectations in each contract’s Standard of Work. This position reports directly to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least 15 years security management experience. BA/BS Degree Required. MA/MS Preferred. Must have the proven capability to manage teams of employees. Extensive knowledge of the Private Security Sector plus demonstrated administrative, organizational and analytical skills.
