CARPENTER

CARPENTERS The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis seeks three (3) experienced, skilled carpenters to be part of crews responsible for rehabbing vacancy turnover apartment units. These are hands-on positions with duties to include repair/ replacement of doors, windows, floors, drywall, framing, painting, molding, finishing, vinyl tile, cabinets, etc. Five years' verifiable experience in all phases of carpentry or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities. Possession of valid Maryland Driver's License required. Must have own tools. Must be dependable. THESE ARE TEMPORARY POSITIONS FOR THREE MONTHS.
