C4I Military Program Analyst

Key Role: Provide client site support to a military client for the NMCI program. Assist with all aspects of the planning and programming for NMCI, including identification and validation of requirements, program reviews, program objectives memoranda, and other supporting documentation and processes. Assist with validation and verification, and maintain and update models and tools to support POM and strategic investment decisions. Assist with the analysis of resource plans and strategies and recommend tradeoff decisions to make optimal resource allocation decisions. Assist with analysis and assessment reports and papers and briefings to document and promulgate findings. Assist with development of analytical models and other tools to conduct programmatic investment tradeoff decisions.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:


-AA or AS degree required


-Ability to obtain a security clearance





Additional Qualifications:


-BA or BS degree preferred


-Experience as a former Navy or Marine Corps professional preferred


-Knowledge of NMCI preferred


-Experience with POM preferred


-Experience with program management preferred


-Experience with military financial tools, including STARS and NITE/STAR preferred
