Senior Estimator - Commercial Landscape Installation

We are an award-winning Landscape Company, seeking an experienced, Senior Estimator to join our Commericial Landscape Installation team. Estimators review specifications and blueprints in order to prepare bid packages. Accurate take-off & attention to detail abilities is paramount.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years experience preparing pre-bid packages or Bachelor's Degree with ability and desire to learn this position 'hands-on'- Reviewing bid specifications and blueprints in order to prepare estimating spreadsheets and bid packages- Performing quantity take-offs- Timberline software experience a PLUS!- Commercial installation/maintenance landscaping experience a PLUS!!- Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English- Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented- Ability to accurately perform basic math and algebra functions- Excellent organizational skills, planning and scheduling of time- Must be proficient in MS EXCEL, WORD AND OUTLOOK
