Due to tremendous growth, my client has an opening for a INDUSTRIAL REHABILITATION THERAPIST (PT or OT OK) with a desire to work in an environment to help patients and clients with workplace injuries. My clent has an ESTABLISHED corporate client base and offers great educational benefits.

Their new Occupational Conditioning Center is the perfect oupatient setting to work with this team of specialists to acheive new levels of patient care and corporate prevention





The preferred candidate will have 2+ years of hospital experience, with plenty of exposure to industrial rehabilitation.

Bachelors Degree Required
Assess patient abilities in the areas of strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, visual – perception, cognition and activity of daily living performance. Designs, implements and evaluates patient OT treatment plan. Participates in patient/family training and education. Documents and maintains daily records of treatment. Oversees COTA's and Physical Medicine Technicians. Participates in Q A & I activities. May be required to work flexible hours. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: BS or BA from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Completion of internship as required by program Certified in Wisconsin and registered by NBCOT or eligible for certificate and registration
