FABRICATION TEAM LEADER
Filtrona Extrusion, a $30 million plastic manufacturing facility located in the Chicago area, seeks Fabrication Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be highly, self-motivated, computer literacy a must, Bi-Lingual abilities and leadership skills a plus.
Experience with basic inventory management.
Possess strong mechanical skills. Be able to fabricate mechanical fixtures for light fabrication operations.
Understand and implement safe working procedures and machine guarding.
Develop job efficiency standards using basic time study.
Pursue creative and innovative methods to continuously improve efficiency.
Use Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) techniques to improve job set up time.
Be able to work with other people and departments in a professional manner.
