Line Supervisor for our Dietary Department

Non-Union, Full-Time: 40 hours/week including every other weekend, schedule rotates between 6am-2:30pm and 10:30am-7pm.
Able to meet the daily requirements of the department through proper supervision of the staff during meal service and through the daily work flow of the operation. Ensures trayline accuracy is met and that the resident needs are met. Maintains scheduling requirements of the department and fills positions as needed to meet work requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, orally and in writing. Relate appropriately with all staff and residents and have positive customer service skills. Resolve conflicts and issues gaining mutual agreement on both sides. Three years of experience in a hospital or long term care setting in food service as a supervisor. Must have completed an approved sanitation course. Thorough knowledge of all special diets and their requirements and Kashrut policies and procedures.
