Positions Available:Registered Landscape Architect - to lead company expansion into Phoenix. Successful and growing Landscape Architecture firm, based in Santa Barbara, seeks an Arizona-licensed Landscape Architect to take on a leadership role in its Phoenix office. Seeking a thoroughly qualified person - someone dedicated to the profession of Landscape Architecture, with strong design skills and a good grasp of architectural and aesthetic styles, has extensive knowledge of local plant materials, who is able to inspire clients and co-workers, has project management skills, a flexible attitude toward office systems, the ability to change and improve, has excellent social and presentation skills and a belief in their ability to be a pivotal leader in a creative, forward-thinking firm. AutoCAD preferred, but not required.Drafters - for production of Landscape & Land Planning construction documents. Knowledge of hardscape design & details and knowledge of the Southwest US plant pallets is a real plus. AutoCAD proficient.Project Coordinator/Job Captain - for Scottsdale-based landscape design firm. This position will put together sets of CD’s, coordinate w/ subconsultants, & understand construction documents. At least 2-5 years experience & AutoCAD proficient.Landscape Designer - for growing Scottsdale-based planning and landscape architecture design studio. Software requirements include Word and Excel - AutoCAD & Photoshop are helpful - & a 4-year degree.Landscape LAIT - for growing Scottsdale-based planning and landscape architecture design studio. Must have a 4-year degree. Software requirements include Word and Excel - AutoCAD and Photoshop are helpful.Seeking Landscape Architect - to collaborate on public and private sector projects including parks, trails, streetscapes, habitat restoration, residential communities, and commercial developments. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, current Registered Landscape Architect license, 4-7 years experience in design and production of landscape architecture, AutoCAD and a working knowledge of Land Development Desktop and/or Eagle Point LandCAD software systems.
Land Planner – exciting position for well-known high-end architectural design firm starting office in N. Scottsdale area (main office in CA). Looking for talent, registration not required. AutoCAD preferred. Experience with residential - custom, mid-rise, high rise, large master planned communities and mixed use projects.Land Planner/Urban Designer - Requirements include: 3 - 5 years experience in land planning residential and commercial mixed use projects and urban design projects, preferably in the SW; knowledge of designing topographically challenging sites; residential product and commercial prototype knowledge; creative design skills utilizing hand and CAD methods; works well in a creative team environment; and enjoys new challenges vs. routine work. 3-D modeling skills are a definite plus. Must have experience walking sites and working out unique solutions.Development Associate - for Develop/Design/Build firm specializing in Multifamily assist in all aspects of the development process including: site selection; letter of intent and purchase & sales agreement negotiations and documentation; project feasibility, due diligence, project entitlements, project finance, and ongoing coordination with in-house design, municipal agencies, construction, property operations teams; and where applicable, third-party design consultants and contractors. BA, prefers 1-2 yrs. related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft software.
