Provide locally blended inks for same day or next day deliveries for
customers within the Rocky Mountain Group.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Timely and accurate mixing of special mixed Pantone colors and
special matches of inks for same day or next day deliveries.
2. Visit customers pressrooms and troubleshoot ink problems while on
press.
3. Handle pressure and daily deadlines.
4. Professional Communications with customers, Inside and Outside Sales,
and K&E and/or Toyo ink personnel.
5. Operate Color Management software and spectrodensitometer to ensure
color accuracy.
6. Maintain database and samples of custom mixed colors.
7. Maintain ink inventory. Keep blended ink inventory stocked.
8. Provide accurate and professional ink drawdowns for customers.
9. Contact key accounts for daily blended ink needs.
10. Process special ink orders.
11. Operate blending equipment.
12. Clean and maintain ink-blending facility.
13. Deliver rush orders to Key customer when needed.
