Hot Plant Laborer

Purpose: We currently have two openings for Hot Plant Laborers to join our crews. We have an opening in both of our facilities, Bountiful and Point of the Mountain. Successful candidates will be assisting the operators to ensure for smooth production of the asphalt in the hot plant. Candidates will assist in maintaining the equipment, working the scales, seeing that asphalt loads are moving out of the plant on schedule. Work will be performed per the dispatcher's instructions. Individual must be able to work independently. Overtime is expected for the position and candidates must be willing to work in a very physically demanding position. Compensation starts between $11-$12 to start and opportunities for advancement are available.
