Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the maintenance operations through production, quality control, staffing, training, and evaluating and managing supervisors and maintenance crews.Job RequirementsPrimary Responsibilities

Responsible for the timely servicing and quality of work for all maintenance contracts.
Establish and control budget for all direct and indirect costs.
Review all personnel to assure proper training and safety is provided.
Review and monitor equipment maintenance programs.
Prepare, review, and approve weekly payroll.

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college/2-3 years related experience.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before employees and have basic interaction with customers.
Ability to operate specific equipment or tools.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
