Bilingual Industrial Sales Executive

EPSI is a leading producer of engineered masking solutions to the surface finishing industry and custom molded items for consumers. We are currently seeking local, experienced and highly motivated professional Sales Executives.

The ideal candidate is well spoken, confident and great with customers, able to generate and maintain new and existing accounts in their protected territory with provided leads. You should enjoy building relationships with customers and gaining satisfaction from providing your client with creative solutions.

Job Duties:
This is an outside Field Sales position.

Excellent follow-through and relationship skills
Experienced in identifying decision makers and being able to uncover their needs.
Proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of outbound
sales calls
Generate proposals including pricing quotes
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Update and maintain contact, account, order, and other information needed to track efforts and sales
Successfully achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
Meet defined Sales quotas

REQUIREMENTS
You must be in the top 5% of sales talent and drive in the US
5-10 years inside/outside sales experience
Bilingual; Spanish & English
Coatings and finishing application experience
Industrial sales experience
Some college or college degree preferred
Proficiency with Web tools and computers
Knowledge of ACT and MAS preferred
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong math and analytical skills
Team player
