Training Coordinator

Responsibilites
· Develop a master training schedule of classes and students for the locations in each roll-out.· Maintain the training schedule for classes, make-up classes, and any web-based training classes· Develop a training schedule for the super users classes for each roll-out· Coordinate the training delivery for the ‘Train-the-Trainer’ course for all super users· Coordinate with the Division Change Mangers to determine employee training requirements (which users attend which classes) and maintain this list of end users· Coordinate the classroom requirements for each end user training session: space, PCs, media requirements, shipping of materials, etc…· Manage instructor feedback forms and action plans· Communicate any issues or problematic situations with training delivery (performance issues with software, technical equipment, etc…)· Work with training lead to develop post-go live follow up survey· Coordinate with Division Change Managers as necessary to execute skills assessment forms (basic PC skills, reading comprehension, language, etc…)· Manage the training database such as Oracle Tutor.· Responsible for coordinating the training materials development process with functional team.· Responsible for coordinate training strategy with Communications lead.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Capable of managing many concurrent activities.- Analytical and problem solver.- Must be able to coordinate between the project team, training team, project manager and District Change Managers, and external training vendor.- Must work well in fast-paced environment and resolving issues quickly- Experience in ERP training required. Oracle experience helpful.- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Visio and MS project
- Superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own work- Bachelor Degree in related area with a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience
