Sr Business Systems Analyst

The selected person will be working on a management support contract, and may be called upon to play any of several evolving roles, including business analyst and writer, meeting documenter, and low level technical support for the team equipment as well as providing support for the clients training program and ADA Section 508 Compliance program.As a business analyst and technical writer, develop white papers and other analytic products, answering specific business questions for clients through developing an understanding of business problems, identifying and evaluating alternatives and developing recommendations.In support of meetings, provide direct logistical support to the overall process including scheduling the meetings, developing and tracking action lists, assisting the facilitator, and documenting and publishing meeting results.In terms of providing low level technical support, responsibilities may include setting up and maintaining a client intranet site, developing web pages, and troubleshooting minor PC and network problems.This position does not have any supervisory or management responsibilities.Background and Experience: (including education, skills, work activities)
The candidate should demonstrate good analytic, communication, and technical skills. Also, should have a minimum of a BA in a business discipline and 2-3 years of experience.(a) Minimum required:
BA and two years experience
Strong writing and communication skills(b) Desired:
Knowledge and familiarity with ADA Section 508 compliance
Experience supporting a training program
Experience conducting analysis of functional or technical system requirements and alternatives
