Senior Utility Data Management Coordinator

WPS Energy Services, Inc. is currently recruiting for a new Senior Utility Data Management Coordinator for our Green Bay, WI office. This position is responsible for providing Utility Data Management Service (UDMS) to customers. You will also interface with the project manager and the customer to coordinate activities such as initial customer set up, data entry of billing information, bill auditing, quality control, bill payment, reporting, and natural gas rate analysis. In addition to project manager responsibilities associated with customers whose scope of work is predominately UDMS. Lastly, this position reports to the Director of Energy Management Services.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline or the equivalent education/experience. Experience in operating and extracting data from the system using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs is required. In addition, experience with utility/non-utility natural gas rates/pricing and energy supply is desirable, but not necessary.
