SP&O Business Analyst

Work across the company including Product, Sales, Finance and Operations to develop the model, metrics, analysis and reporting necessary to understand and drive pricing and packaging initiatives both for current and new business models.Primary Responsibilities:
Work with the Corporate Strategic Planning and Operations organization to:
Develop the models and analyses necessary to drive sound new business model decisions
Define the financial and operational metrics necessary to measure the success of individual program and policy initiatives
Present analysis and recommendations to all levels of management
Work with internal and external resources to provide elasticity/pricing/packaging analyses
Benchmark current and proposed models and policies
Extend/define the WW framework to support current and new business models
Model and create a framework for new business models when necessary
Extend the current pricing framework to new and extended business models where appropriateExperience and Attributes Required/Desired:
BA/BS in Business or related field, MBA a plus
5+ years of experience
Strong financial analysis, forecasting/modeling and reporting skills
Ability to meet project deadlines
Knowledge of SAP, business objects, siebel a plus
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Energy and enthusiasm and the ability to think creatively
Desire to work hard, produce results and have fun
Ability to travel (approx 10%)
