Job Description: Our Resource Center Manager will manage the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of Information Services' project work efforts. This individual will ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements. Responsibilities will include managing the relationship with business counterparts to ensure the setting of proper expectations; providing leadership in end-to-end service delivery; and optimizing process to ensure consistent, repeatable delivery of successful projects.This individual will be responsible for the following employee related tasks: balance of schedules, monitoring developmental needs, monitoring productivity and reporting on findings and trends, working with leaders and peers to ensure staff is productive, employee orientation and career development and managing overall performance process, i.e. (evaluations and annual review process, management of employee relations issues, such as discipline, communication, termination, hiring).Skills and Qualifications Required:
Proven solid management skills; strong people skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Team player who can also work autonomously.Ability to effectively interact will all levels of management.Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Strong service skills as you will be expected to work closely with other Managers.Requires 4-6 years corporate management experience. Management of large diverse teams a must. Manager will be responsible for a team of 35-40.
