Program Manager - Sourcing Excellence Program
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: SourcingResponsibilities: Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for the "World's Most Admired Company" (Fortune magazine) offering significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for creating the definition and insuring the transformation of the sourcing employee skill set to drive the strategic supplier relations process. The Program Manager will also define a process to provide tailored evaluation of current state and road map for the desired skill set for the sourcing professional for the in the evolving Sourcing organization to drive the Strategic Supplier Relationship process.Key Responsibilities Include: Drive the development and execution of tools and resources to evaluate and develop the sourcing professional competencies consistent with the Sourcing evolution including collaboration with Healthcare Sourcing, Engineering, and Manufacturing, as well as, external consultant.
Partner with a strategic vendor(s) to coordinate and execute on the Transformation Program, including the development of on-going training programs.
Track the program process, including individual evaluation and development planning, to ensure the Sourcing competencies evolution objective are met. ~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Human Resources.
3 years experience in Sourcing or Engineering.
Demonstrated Program Management experience.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Desired: * Comprehensive knowledge of GE Healthcare's Global Sourcing business processes.
Demonstrate strong execution and project management skills, including the ability to drive change in a global team-based environment. Demonstrated Change Acceleration Process experiences a plus.
Demonstrated ability to identify & implement process improvements/best practices
High level of organization skills, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills, including solid presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
OMLP or Leadership Program graduate.
